Quality

The first goal of PDS and all of our chosen suppliers is to produce a high quality and reliable product.

Our products are assembled and repaired in clean rooms to insure that contaminants are kept out of our work. Spindles undergo rigorous run-in tests and are balanced to nearly 10 times less than the industry standard.

Flexibility

One of the greatest features of PDS is the flexibility to provide the customer with a product that is specific to their application. We are able to customize the spindle to different voltages, speeds, cooling methods, and tool clamping to fit the customers needs. Flexible manufacturing allows us to produce both small and large quantities of a particular spindle type while maintaining a reasonable delivery time frame.
